The Human Resources Department seeks an experienced and visionary leader to serve as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Human Resources Operations & Technology. This strategic leadership role is responsible for reimagining and leading the delivery of HR services and technology in support of the university's diverse workforce, including faculty, staff, and academic personnel.
The Assistant Vice Chancellor (AVC) will oversee the HR Shared Services unit and People Technology operations, championing a forward-thinking, service-oriented model that enhances the employee experience, ensures operational excellence, and fosters innovation in HR service delivery. The AVC will lead the implementation of a scalable, tiered service delivery model that supports the university’s academic, research, and administrative missions.
This is a key leadership role within the Division of Human Resources, requiring exceptional collaboration across central HR, academic units, HR partners, and institutional stakeholders.

What We Can Offer
The annual starting salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 - $195,000. A sign-on bonus is available within department guidelines.

Requirements
- Master's or JD degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Positions at this level typically have at least 6+ years of progressively responsible job related experience, including supervision experience.
- Experience managing large HR transformation efforts, including system implementations, process redesign, and change management initiatives.
