Description
The HR Manager at First Coast Women’s Services leads all human resource functions across multiple centers, ensuring a Christ-centered, mission-driven, and legally compliant workplace. This role supports a staff of approximately 50 by cultivating a healthy organizational culture, overseeing policies and procedures, and equipping employees to thrive. This position is based out of our Kernan administrative office and is an in-person job (FULL TIME EXEMPT).

Key Responsibilities & Expectations
Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop hiring strategies, lead recruitment processes, and ensure smooth onboarding aligned with FCWS’s mission and culture.
Employee Relations & Culture: Foster a Christ-centered workplace, resolve conflicts, counsel staff biblically, and promote organizational values.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance: Administer benefits, oversee compensation structures, and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
Performance & Development: Implement performance reviews, encourage professional growth, and provide training, leadership development, and succession planning.
HR Policies & Administration: Maintain HR policies and records, update employee handbook, manage HR systems, and provide reports to leadership and the board.
