Description
The City of Sunnyvale is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Analyst in the Recruitment and Classification Division. In this fast-paced Human Resources Analyst position, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating and administering recruitment and examination processes, developing job related selection procedures, statistical analysis of examination processes, and assisting with classification studies. This work is done in a collaborative and supportive team environment following the City's values of integrity, leadership, and respect. The recruitment and classification team represents the City to job applicants, we are looking for a team member who brings a positive attitude, treats others with professionalism, and goes the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service.
The minimum qualifications are: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in personnel administration, business, public administration, or a related field, AND two years of technical or professional level human resources experience.
The City of Sunnyvale provides an excellent benefits package, including 4% City-paid Employee PERS contribution and the 2% at 60 retirement plan for Classic employees. The City has flexible work scheduling options including a 9/80 schedule and part-time telework availability for employees after three months of employment.

Salary: $113,170 - $144,437 Annually; a 3.5% confidential premium is reflected in the advertised rates
