Description

This position is responsible for providing HR support to the organization (employees and managers) with regards to all aspects of HR including policy interpretation, performance management, employee relations, investigations, recruiting, HR reporting, rewards, and recognition, compensation, employment law, training and development, and succession planning.

Requirements

•        Develop and implement HR strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals
•        Advise executive leadership on workforce planning, succession planning and organizational design
•        Oversee recruitment, retention and development of top talent 
•        Lead performance management and leadership development programs
•        Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
•        Resolve complex employee relation issues and support conflict resolution
•        Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and internal policies
•        Optimize our HRIS (UKG) process for efficiency and growth
•        Submit invoices for payments 
•        Analyzing workflow processes 
•        Creates and conducts trainings for Employee’s and Supervisor’s
•        Responsible for the management of leaves, Workers Compensation
•        Assist in annual audit including but not limited to 403B, and 5500
•        Manages benefits administration and retirement offerings
•        Champions HR programs and promotes a positive work environment
•        Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
•        Create employee communication
•        Other duties as assigned.
