At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of our Corporate office, we are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with experience in supporting Federal Contracts.

     The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and post openings.

Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communications.

Conduct new hire on boarding and orientation.

Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

Address employee concerns.

Administer benefits enrollment, and employee leave programs.

Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws.

Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook.

Assist with audits and recordkeeping requirements.

Maintain employee records in HRIS.

Generate HR reports and analytics for leadership.

Support HR projects, initiatives, and employee engagement programs.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

25 years of HR experience in generalist role.

Knowledge of labor laws, benefits administration, and HRIS systems (ADP).

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

SHRM-CP or PHR certification.

Experience with ADP.

Experience in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.
