Your new role
This role is the beating heart of the HR and Employee Services team. Think of yourself as the friendly organiser, the problem solver, the keeper of all things running smoothly and the cheerful go-to person who helps both new starters and long-term team members.Your days will be filled with plenty of variety. One moment you are welcoming new hires and getting them excited for day one, the next you are helping bring engagement events to life, coordinating interviews, preparing travel, or creating beautifully organised HR documentation. You will support onboarding from start to finish, keep systems up to date, coordinate calendars, assist with recruitment tasks, support projects, and make life easier for everyone around you. It is people-centred, fast-paced, full of moments to shine, and perfect for someone who loves being the organised superstar behind the scenes.
Every day brings something new, interesting, and people focused. You will never be bored.
What you'll need to succeed
You bring 2+ years of HR admin experience, great communication skills, a love of organisation, and the ability to stay cool in the middle of a busy day. You are the type of person who notices the small things, cares about doing things well, and secretly gets a thrill from ticking off a to-do list. You are confident with Microsoft Office, great with people, and always handle confidential information with absolute professionalism. Bonus if you have HR admin experience or qualifications in Business or HR. Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, a sense of humour, and a genuine love for helping others.
