About the Role: As the HR Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our people strategy and fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and high performance. You'll partner closely with leaders across the business to deliver HR solutions that support growth, engagement, and operational excellence. From employee relations to organizational development, this role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring our HR practices reflect JSX's unique culture and values.
This is an on-site position based at JSX Headquarters in Dallas, TX

A Day in the Life:You'll be:

This position requires that applicants be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Preferred Experience:Master's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification.Experience supporting multi-site or field-based operations.Exposure to HR analytics tools or HRIS systems (Workday preferred).History of developing leadership training or organizational development programs with measurable results.Skill, Licenses, & Certifications:Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.Proven data analytics and reporting capabilities in HR contexts.Ability to lead change initiatives with empathy and clarity.
