Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the HR Managed Services division.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, offering expertise in HR service delivery, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive service excellence through standardized processes, continuous improvement, and measurable performance outcomes.
- Oversee operations across multiple clients, ensuring quality, compliance, and scalability.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership team aligned with business goals and organizational culture.
- Support organizations through transitions such as acquisitions, integrations, and restructuring initiatives.
- Identify and develop business growth opportunities by leveraging HR shared services and operational best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5+ years leading people and teams.
- Demonstrated success in HR shared services, outsourcing, or multi-client delivery models.
- Proven track record in operational leadership, particularly in scaling and transforming service delivery.
- Strong relationship management and client service skills.
- Solid financial acumen and ability to align shared services strategies with overall business objectives.
