Design/Review of Rewards Structure, Policies, Frameworks to enable Transformation
Our client is a Singapore headquartered financial institution with a portfolio of successful and growing entities. As the group undergoes a strategic transformation journey, it is now seeking to appoint a Total Rewards Analyst in a newly created role to support the shaping of compensation and benefits philosophy, structures and frameworks across the group.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Total Rewards Lead, you will support the design and execution of the group's compensation and total rewards agenda, with a focus on driving harmonisation and governance of reward structures across multiple entities. A key focus will be reviewing and refining compensation frameworks to ensure consistency and alignment with overall Group strategy. You will be involved in drafting compensation policies and guidelines, market benchmarking exercises and supporting the annual compensation review cycle including financial modelling and stakeholder communications. Partnering closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders, you will provide advice on rewards practices to ensure alignment across the group. In addition, you will contribute to compensation governance, budgeting and payroll oversight, and develop dashboards and analytics to support management data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with 3 to 8 years' compensation or rewards experience preferably gained in similar roles, ideally with rewards consulting experience. Exposure to investment management, banking or other financial services will be advantageous.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, you are comfortable working with large datasets, financial models and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI). Candidates with strong finance/analytical backgrounds and an interest in rewards and demonstrated agility will also be considered. Adaptable and proactive, you thrive in ambiguity and dynamic environments, and partner effectively across functions with discretion and integrity.
