Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HRIS operations—ensuring efficiency, security, and usability
• Lead and develop a high-performing HRIS team
• Build and execute the HR technology roadmap
• Maintain data integrity, governance, and compliance
• Optimize workflows and automation in partnership with HR and business leaders
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and system enhancements
• Deliver analytics, dashboards, and insights that drive action 

Requirements

What You Bring

• 5+ years leading HRIS teams and projects
• 10+ years in HR, recruiting, or compensation/benefits
• Hands-on experience with iCIMS and ADP Workforce
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (SHRM-CP/PHR preferred)
• Must be based in the Houston area
