Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
One (1) year of experience performing a variety of program support functions such as human resources or payroll that demonstrates the following:
Experience processing human resources transactions in an HRIS system.
Reading comprehension sufficient to understand and correctly apply written material (e.g. collective bargaining agreements, personnel policies and procedures) to business processes.
Computer software skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook) sufficient to prepare and/or edit reports, compile and review reports, create informational materials, create employee and applicant letters and memoranda, etc.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Ability to perform basic math and statistical calculations sufficient to calculate salary, severance, vacation accrual, etc.
