Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to support our Human Pharma organization with expert knowledge in pharma-specific external data. If you're passionate about transforming your knowledge about commercial, real-world evidence and other data sources into business value - and enjoy working closely with stakeholders and data vendors - this role is for you.

While typically no working hands-on technical, you'll act as a trusted advisor, bringing structure, clarity, and business understanding to a wide range of data-related topics.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the internal expert for commercial, sales, and real-world evidence (RWE/RWD) data in the pharmaceutical area.
• Support the business in understanding and leveraging externally sourced data to drive insights and decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Analytics, and IT to gather requirements and ensure data meets business needs.
• Support managing relationships with external data vendors (e.g., IQVIA or similar) and monitor data quality, delivery timelines, and methodologies.
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations with senior stakeholders.
• Quickly adapt to new topics, therapeutic areas, and data domains as business priorities evolve.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• 5+ years experience working with pharmaceutical external data (e.g., commercial data, sales data, RWE/RWD, customer or market data).
• Strong understanding of pharma business processes and how data supports them.
• Experience collaborating with vendors like IQVIA is a plus.
• Experience with IT Consulting
• Excellent communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to learn fast, switch between topics, and handle complexity.
• Fluent in German and English. German is a strong plus
