Position Purpose

We are excited to add an HR Manager to best support our organization with benefits, leave management, and more. This HR Manager will have an important direct impact on our team members’ day-to-day experience in the Firm. 

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Oversees key aspects of benefit administration, including but not limited to, new hire initial enrollment, qualifying events, facilitates annual open enrollment; performs 401(k) plan management; partners, as needed, with external benefits broker and third-party administrators.
  • Completes HR administration and compliance, including but not limited to, company policy consistency and best practice application, leave administration, and annual reporting and recordkeeping
  • Manages employee relations by responding to employee inquiries timely, assists supervisors with delivering employee feedback and partners with firm leadership for escalated employee matters.
  • Coordinates aspects of performance program management by partnering with leaders to facilitate introductory and annual review cycles; partners with leaders to address individual employee development needs and assists with an annual compensation review.
  • Maintains currency of HR and industry trends, data and best practices.
  • Serves as a daily champion and advocate of demonstrating the Firm's core values and positively contributing to the Firm’s organizational culture.

  • Strong self-initiative with an ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Workday required or willingness to gain sound proficiency; and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification preferred.
  • Willingness to work onsite each workday is required.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline.
  • 10 years of professional experience working in a Human Resource role preferably as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner required.
