About the Role
We are looking to hire an experienced human resource business partner on a 6-8 months fixed term contract. This role will partner closely with the Indonesia Leadership team reporting directly to the General Manager and dotted line into the SEA HR Director.
The successful candidate will also be involved in wider regional HR agenda & projects working closely across a matrix organization with COE teams in Rewards, Talent and Operations.
Key Tasks / Accountabilities:
Execute HR plans and policies as per the business needs of the defined organization
Implement HR policies that comply with statutory regulations and are consistent with internal and external best practices
Act as a business partner advising on different HR disciplines to managers and employees at local level
Provide guidance and consulting on HR matters while drawing on specialists or team members as needed
Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations - including all the health and safety policy
Coordinate and administer HR processes and policies such as talent management, talent engagement, learning, rewards etc.
Manage vendor/ service relationship and service level agreements with specific Business unit/ partner for range of HR services where applicable
Facilitate delivery of employee development needs and drive employee career development program
Support OE initiatives and change plan
Ensure process improvement and modify/ adapt HR processes to better suit the needs of defined organization
Recognize issues and trends related to HR processes and address the same as per guidelines, else escalate for resolution
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree / Master's in Business Administration, Psychologist or other field
Experience in FMCG as HRBP at least 3 years.
Total of 5-6+ years of experience in HR
Consultative skills and being able to influence action and change with stakeholders
Demonstrate deep personal accountability for great performance
Drives pace and agility through instinctively making the right decisions.
Understand local labour law well.
Skill and knowledge in change management, project management, facilitating skill and coaching skill.
