Northwell Health is seeking an experienced leader to join our Fertility Services team as the new AVP, Operations, Human Reproduction. This leader will direct the development, coordination and administration of policies, services and programs that optimize operational functions to improve clinical outcomes and financial performance within Human Reproduction Services at Northwell Health. Collaborating with system leadership across all regions at Northwell, this leader will identify best practices, develop operational strategies and cost-effective solutions and be a valuable partner to our clinical and administrative leadership as this important specialty continues to grow.

Location: This position is an on-site role, with a primary offices located in New York (Manhattan), Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties.
Requirements
Master’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
10-12 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
Experience leading a team in a highly complex and regulated specialty; particularly across multiple regions and locations, highly preferred.
Previous administrative leadership experience in Fertility Services within an academic health system environment, highly preferred.
