Description

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide strategic human resources 
leadership, advice, consultation and coaching to business leaders across the organization 
regarding talent management, people & culture programs, employee relations and engagement.
The HRBP will be responsible for supporting business objectives and driving results related to 
HR efforts and directress all HR activities for the Sales/Marketing business units. This role is 
also responsible for acting as a leader to HR Generalists to ensure effective and efficient 
support to the business
 
   
We’re excited to hire a new HR Business Partner who can:   
   
Talent Management:    
  • Partner with business unit leaders and employees to improve working 
    relationships, communication, engagement, and increased retention.
  • Provides 
    performance management guidance to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide consultation and support to business unit leaders regarding 
    administration of company policies, performance management, discipline, career 
    development, and coaching.
  • Participates in developing goals and objectives.
  • Drive a robust talent plan for assigned business areas.
  • Ensure the development and career planning are in place for key roles.
  • Encourage people and culture practices that promote the retention of high 
    potential and other key talent.
  • Responsible for all employee relations in assigned business area. 
    oInfluent leadership on critical organization and people-related opportunities to 
    assist in achieving ownership of business priorities and objectives.
  • Own and drive continuous improvement in HR programs including performance 
    and development planning, and talent management and employee engagement.
  • Drives improvement opportunities based on feedback from engagement surveys,
    stay and exit interviews, performance reviews, and other stakeholder information.
  • Assist with the development of and recommends HR policies and procedures.
  • Assists in driving HR initiatives: performance management, goal setting, career 
    development and wellness.
HR Functional Leadership:    
  • Provide coaching and mentoring for junior level team members.
  • Provide leadership and/or direct project accountability on assigned HR-specific 
    projects or initiatives.
  • Provide input and thought leadership towards the continuous improvement of the 
    HR function.
General HR Responsibilities:    
  • Analyze a broad range of HR data to identify valid insights, and convert these insights into recommendations the business can use to make decisions
  • Serve as a partner to employees and leaders on HR-related matters and acts as 
    an advocate to Sales/Marketing business units.
  • Drives other departmental initiatives and provides support to the HR team
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and federal/state employment laws


Requirements

  • Proven success working in high volume, multi-faceted environment(s) managing multiple projects that require exceptional customer service, proactive strategic decision making, critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, including the ability to offer out-of-the-box and creative solutions
Other requirements include:    
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced professional environment
  • Strong knowledge of US benefits and compensation management, including planning, administering, managing, researching and designing of programs
  • Must understand employment regulations and be familiar with compliance programs
  • HRCI or SHRM Certification highly preferred
